The room was excellent, very clean and well appointed with everything needed. Coffee,tea, etc were topped up each day without having to ask. The bed was very comfortable and as the room was at the back of the hotel it was very quiet, so we slept well. The bathroom was modern and the shower very powerful. We did not use the leisure facilities as we were out and about a lot but the pool looked inviting. We had breakfast every day and there was a good choice of hot food which was very tasty. The hotel was convenient for the sea front and, importantly, there was plenty of parking, which is scarce in this location. We would certainty stay again

A really friendly and well appointed hotel - my room was well appointed and serviced daily - plenty of parking and very near to the esplanade . Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold food to select from and did my special requests - dinner was great , well presented , great soups and I particularly liked the Hake dish .No shortage of help , if required .They also still will order me a newspaper ! Pleasant garden to sit in. Thoroughly recommend

Excellent staff at reception (Aimee) and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean the bed was really comfy. There was a coffee machine and water in the fridge, We had a slight issue with the drain in the shower but when mentioned at reception the maintenance team were immediately on the case. Could not expect better service. We booked an executive room / 293 which was really large and the bathroom was also very spacious with a great shower and good sized fluffy towels. There is no air con but there was a fan in the room which was very efficient The hotel is around a 20 minute walk to the beach and a lovely harbour and there is a bus stop over the road We had a carvery in the restaurant in the evening which was very good We would definately stay there again if in the area

The hotel was lovely warm with lots of facilities, we didn't use the pool or spa, however it did look nice and lots of other people did use them from what we saw. Staff were warm and welcoming which is always nice. Our room was clean and had all you needed, I'd like to have seen it updated in more modern colours a little artwork on the walls rather than feeling a little old. Although it was a warm room and clean the bed was pretty comfortable.. Tea and coffee replaced daily as well as towels. Our bin wasn't emptied from the previous occupant, I'd say a little oversight as it was emptied the next day. The bar is a little pricey at £7 for a pint of lager, but it was a nice pint and staff again were lovely, you do always pay more in hotel bars, for the convenience.. the breakfast had plenty of choice and was well cooked available for 3 hours to suit all, with plenty of tables and not crammed in. Outside the hotel has lots of parking spaces and a lovely garden area. Lastly there's a games room with a selection of board games and books round the rear of the reception, great little room for those who want to sit and read etc. Overall would definitely come back as we had a lovely time, thank you for a lovely stay

The room was great. Bed was comfy. Overall, the place was great. Also, close if you want to go to town. Definitely will be staying again in the future.

It was all nice and clean with a good standard of decoration. The room had a good bed and shower ( which didn't leak). The breakfast was good with plenty of options.

The hotel is located on the main road into Weymouth. There is a free car park at the front and one to the rear if needed, with access to the hotel from both ends. The front carpark has 2 three pin plugs for electric vehicles if needed and 4 at the rear, although one of the front ones was blocked with a none electric vehicle. The room was large and comfortable with free wifi. The food was good both in the evening and breakfast, the later of which is served from 07.00am. The breakfast is buffet style, but unlike many I stay at has fried eggs as well as scrambled

Most staff very friendly and helpful. Accommodated my request for a ground floor room at short notice. Also provided a small heater on request (the weather was unseasonably cold). Bed was comfortable. Good range of food in restaurant, though plates were too large, so we ended up eating lighter meals in the bar. Short walk to promenade, or bus stops close by for central Weymouth (with good links to further afield) or Dorchester. Plenty of parking if taking your car.

Staff, Food and facilities all excellent. Had 3 meals from restaurant during stay and all 3 were absolutely delicious, also a very good breakfast selection which was also delicious good selection of beers any questions for staff were answered quickly and politely, plenty of spaces available for parking. Our room was spacious and would presume rest were the same I think there were annex rooms available, all in all a very enjoyable stay at the Best western, would highly recommend.

Room was large,comfortable, clean and had all the facilities needed. There was a good selection for breakfast, lots of gluten free alternatives, and the hot breakfast was clearly identified with allergens. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my 2 night stay. I thought the walk to town was a fair way but it really wasn't, easily done in 15mins. Having parking was great too.
